Break Press Technician - Closed Position

Job Title: Break Press Technician

Responsibilities:

• Inspect the materials by determining acceptable bend and not acceptable bend, him /her process for quality and conformance prior to their release to the next cell.

• Must know how to determine different materials react to pressure, heat and shaping procedure. Maintain and improve product quality.

• Must know how to read a tape measure ,maintain tolerances, and follow safety regulations

• Producing materials according to specifications on drawings and/or schedule are the main focuses of a brake press operator. 

• Wear all proper protective equipment as required in work area in accordance with Enclose Manufacturing Safety Policy and OSHA standards.

Skills

• Excellent skills in math and operating complex computerized machinery are required.

• Exemplary motor skills are required for this position, as break press machines have multiple settings and limit switches that must be adjusted for each job quickly and preciously.

• Good organizational skills are needed to collect and arrange his materials prior to starting each job. 

• Initiate good analytical and mathematical skills to interpret drawings, templates, and blue prints. 

• Knowledge of reading and interpreting highly detailed instructions are strongly preferred.

Working Environment

The usual methods of performing the jobs functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and bending. The job is performed under some temperature variations and hazardous conditions. Protective clothing, eyewear and gloves are required.

Human Resource - Closed Position

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with records and documents for the Quality Management System.
  • Controlling Human Resource accountabilities. This consists of maintaining employment activities (Safety and Incentive Programs, Insurance Records), records of employee status (reviews are annually), and controlling records of Inventory and job orders in the E2 System Database.

Job Title: Laser Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Candidates must have experience in reading and understanding detailed blueprints
• Installs and aligns optical parts, such as mirrors and wave plates, in laser body, using precision instruments.
• Maintain and improve product quality.
• Must be trained to drive a forklift.
• Read a tape measure and follow safety regulations.
• Turns controls of vacuum pump and gas transfer equipment to purge, evacuate, and fill laser body with specified volume and pressure of gases, such as helium, neon, or carbon dioxide, to test laser beam.

  • Wear all proper protective equipment as required in work area in accordance with Enclose Manufacturing Safety Policy and OSHA standards. Items may include the following: safety glasses, safety shoes/boots, hearing protection and others as determined necessary.
